Support at Home (from July 2025)
Support at Home replaces Home Care Packages for older Australians. Funding for equipment and modifications now sits across three tiers.
The three funding tiers
- Goods, equipment & AT budget — low-cost everyday items.
- Assessed AT budget — higher-cost assistive technology after assessment.
- Home modifications budget — funded based on assessed need.
How to access
- Register with My Aged Care.
- Complete an aged care assessment.
- Work with your provider to source equipment from suppliers like Enviva.
