Support at Home equipment funding, made simple
From 1 July 2025, Support at Home replaced Home Care Packages. If you had an HCP, your funding continues under the new program — and it can still be used for the mobility, bathroom, bedroom and daily living equipment Enviva supplies.
What Support at Home can cover

How to use your funding with Enviva
1. Get assessed
Contact My Aged Care for a free assessment. Your assessed needs determine your Support at Home classification and budget.
2. Choose your provider
Your registered provider manages your budget and approves purchases against your care plan.
3. Send us your list
We prepare a provider-ready quote with SKUs, pricing and clinical justification where required.
4. We deliver and set up
Once your provider approves, we deliver, assemble and demonstrate the equipment, and invoice the provider directly where allowed.
Not sure where to start?
Send us your approval letter or care plan and our Support at Home team will come back with a provider-ready quote — usually within one business day.
